DOMESTIC SHIPPING & HANDLING

Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification.
  • Orders made after 12PM PST will begin processing the following business day. Business days are Monday – Friday (excluding holidays).
  • A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has shipped.
  • Total processing time + shipping time can take between 7 – 10 days.

Shipping:

  • USPS First Class Shipping (5-7 business days) $5.00
  • USPS Priority Mail Shipping (2-3 business days) $18.00
  • USPS Priority Mail Express Shipping (Next business day, no Saturday delivery) $10 – $25.00 depending on location
  • PO Box and APO/AFO addresses can only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service.

Spoiled Closet does not cover taxes, duty, or fees on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. For specific information regarding custom policies and taxes, please contact your local customs office.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from spoiledcloset.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

US Returns

How long do I have to make a return?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the order shipment date for a refund to the original form of payment, less the shipping charge.

**Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. A separate box must be used to ship shoes with the original box inside. Spoiled Closet reserves the right to decline your return or assess a 15% re-stocking fee if these terms have not been followed.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping?

Yes. When we process your refund, we will provide a pre-paid United States Postal Service shipping label. Use of this return label will result in a $7.95 deduction from your refund. Since we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, if you decide not to use the provided shipping label, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service and obtain a receipt for all shipments.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Please allow up to 2 weeks from your return delivery date for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.

How and where do I send my return?

If you use the provided label, a return shipping charge of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund. Please drop off your package with the return shipping label affixed to your nearest USPS drop off location, postal facility or with a USPS mail carrier.

Am I able to exchange my item(s)?

Spoiledcloset.com does not currently accept exchanges.

Can I return “Final Sale” items?

Any merchandise marked or specified as “Final Sale” may not be returned. Items discounted using promotion codes with a final sale disclaimer may not be returned. Earrings, cosmetics, swimwear, tights, and gift certificates are final sale merchandise and may not be returned.

International Return Policy
